This modification feature can take place statically or dynamically, with signals of analogue or digital type, spatial traveling or motion may be the reference information too, and also system software usually needed can be modified simultaneously. The most disseminated and characteristic implementation technology going ahead of reconfiguration postulate is the Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) technology. Design and applications of reconfigurable in hardware domain digital systems based on FPGA was the main road of RUC conference up to now. Continuing standing on this proven ground, but being aware of visions and tendencies observed in science and industry all over the world we can assume, that now the conference effort should be directed to support and creation of application oriented interdisciplinary science, where new ideas and technology of different areas of life and traditional industry could be merged.
